I have learnt how to make Teriyaki Chicken, Chawanmushi, Stewed Beef (Wafu Gyuniku Nikomi), Miso Soup and Jap rice.

YUM! <- from parents, brother, Caleb, Serene, Enos and Zhang Qi too. :)

The ingredients are really expensive though, even when I bought them from the wholesaler directly.

Onwards for my quest to learn Asian cuisine...
