Assam Fish Head Curry

Taught Cheryl to make Assam Fish Head Curry on Sunday 8th March! :) So easyyy!

Fish heads were soo cheap. Bought 2 for about $4. Aussies don't really know how to eat fish head. Not as much meat as we'd like it to have tho.
